Since 1988, Miravest Inc. has maintained a varied portfolio of commercial and investment real estate. Past projects include land and improved properties for entitlement, lease, sale and build to suit. Project types have included retail, office, mixed use, industrial and residential. Miravest develops for its own account as well as those with selected partners.
Michael Rabstoff, President, has been active in the commercial real estate industry on a full time basis since 1981. Sector qualifications include post graduate selected industry classwork, client representation, personal property ownership and development, and active participation in a number of civic and business associations. Positions held have been as leading and supporting officer and board memberships in the Tacoma Community Redevelopment Association, Pierce County Development Association, WA Commercial Brokers Association, WA and Tacoma Board of Realtors, Managing Broker Northwest Investment Properties, State and local transportation and development committees and advisory positions.

CURRENT & RECENTLY COMPLETED PROJECTS
HOTEL AND RETAIL site development, construction and ownership in progress at the Marana Center Twin Peaks I-10 interchange in Marana AZ. This project will support the 170 acre master planned development by Vintage Partners of Phoenix AZ, which includes a Simon Premium Outlet Mall with grand opening October 2015. Other major anchors and a variety of retail services are planned to follow.
HOTEL site ownership and entitlement in DuPont WA for a Marriott Fairfield hotel facility now owned and under development by Northwest Lodgings, LLC.
DAYCARE complete facility developed and constructed for lease and subsequent sale to DuPont Learning Center, LLC.
DAYCARE project sites in several WA state locations for lease, sale or build to suit for qualified tenants.
CONSIDERED and under further feasibility study for retail and hotel uses are properties located in WA, OR, CA and AZ.
